A colleague of my dad's (yes - everyone has to send me cards :P) sent me this card from his holiday in Panama. The card shows a nightview of Panama City - the capital of Panama. Thank you Dominik!

Keep on going
My sister gave me this so-called Boomerang card. Boomerang cards are free cards that you can get at cinemas or - in our case - at school. The text is in Dutch and says something like (very freely translated) "Keep on going like you are now". Or something like that.
Women's Day
8 March is Women's Day. Elena tells me that Russia celebrates this national holiday. Women and girls receive lots of flowers, compliments and presents. Thank you Elena!
Zandvoort aan Zee
My mom and dad sent me this card from their holiday in our own little country. Zandvoort aan Zee is a place in the Netherlands with a well-known beach. Very popular during the summer time.

Disneyland Paris
Last month, my family and I visited Disneyland Paris. And I couldn't resist buying a card to be sent to myself. My dad wrote and sent the card to me.
Moomin card
My friend Amy is living in Finland for a while and she sent me this Moomin card. It has very nice texture. Thanks again Amy!

Kangaroos!
This card makes me very happy. A kangaroo card! Penny tells me she is lucky enough to see these creatures every day. Wow... I hope I will see one myself too one day (in the wild that is, not in a zoo). Thank you so much Penny!
Easter Egg sculpture
I really really like this card Kate sent me from Ukraine. It's here favourite card because it is so colourful. It shows an Easter egg sculpture made from 3.000 wooden Easter eggs which are painted in a traditional Ukrainian style. The artist's name is Oksana Mas and the Easter egg sculpture is on display at the Kievo-Pecherskaya Lavra cathedral in Kiev (is it still? or only during Easter time?)/ Thank you Kate!
Lots and lots of cards from Uruguay
A couple of weeks ago, I received a package from Uruguay. What a surprise! It had letters, newspaper articles, souvenirs and loads of cards in it. Unfortunately, everything is in Spanish and my Spanish is non-existing at the moment. Next week I'll start Spanish lessons, so I hope I can read and understand everything in a couple of weeks/months.
Thank you so much Fernando. Once I can write a few sentences in Spanish, I'll send you many cards in return!

Hyvää Joulua
As you can see, I'm a bit behind with scanning my cards and putting them on this blog. This christmas card did reach my house in time. Thank you Isabel for this great christmas card!
Bologna
And yet another card from Kim from Italy. This one is from the beautiful city of Bologna. Thanks again Kim.
Verona
Kim sent me this card from Verona, Italy. The amphittheatre you see here is the biggest one in Italy if you don't count the Colosseum in Rome. On the right bottom-corner the card shows the balcony where Romeo and Juliet were said to have met (which isn't true at all of course, but still fun to see). Thank you Kim.
No kangaroos in Austria
